steering too soft and weak

Default steering too soft and weak

92-95 civic,how to make the steering more sharp and tight and more feedback.all i have now is stock suspension,is that the cause or it's the rack.

Its the rack that causes it mostly, swap to an integra rack man it makes the car easier to take the car to its limit faster. Make no mistake Stiffer springs and corisponding stiffer struts help alot with the feel and the ability to take the car to it limits faster too.

Stock springs are probably your biggest problem.

Get some nice springs and shocks/struts and you'll likely be happy.

smaller profile tires
good springs
sway bars
alignment

dont worry about a new rack. i know what your trying to ask for. you turn the car going straight and you can feel the car sway back and forth and you dont like this feeling correct? if so...then the answers are above

yes,the steering just don't respond to the driver,i think civic owner had this issue,especially,when they have stock supension
