When my car is off and i press in the brake pedal i hear the chime you hear only when you leave the headlights on and turn off the car.

This Happens everytime (after i installed new tail lights) i go to start my car and push the pedal before i turn anything on.

Also when the car is running i press the brake pedal my ash try light comes on (which is always supposed to be on) and my clock radio goes really dim! I just installed new tail lights today, could it be a ground connection issue? any ideas will help, thanks.
