CEL Code 40????

CEL Code 40????
I checked my cousins Cel and it came up to be code 40... I cant find any information to what this is... By the way its a 93 civic hatch dx completely stock except CAI

ok i checked the list and code 40 dnt exist. u must have read it wrong. how many times did the light blink and for how long. like 4 long blinks and thats it? how did u check dthe cel?

you cant be reading it right because i cant find a code 40 anywhere? make sure you double check. and it should be 4 long blinks with only like a half a second pause in between

All i know is that there is four long blinks... unless its code 10 and its repeating in four times and then like 3 sec. later it repeats it four times againg... its weird cuz i couldnt find anything also!!
