Keeping AC with B18c1 swap in 95 Civic. What I need?
get the crv ac bracket and itll work.i have the part number for the bracket but ill have to look at it tomorrow cause its raining cats and dogs out here.
yeah, the crv bracket works, i do believe you also need the crv adjuster thing too...
and of course the del sol dohc bracket works but still costs 2x as much...still dont get that.
and just so you know, with this setup you KEEP your current sohc ac, you dont swap to the dohc one.

So I can use the GSR compressor with the Civic AC lines? Will the AC lines bolt up to the GSR Compressor? Because the GSR LongBlock came with the compressor and Bracket already.
The Integra's pump and bracket WON'T work. It simply won't mate up to the Civic lines. Just buy the CRV bracket and if you did things right (not disconnecting your SOHC compressor), then it will also save you from having to buy another drier and having the system recharged. The bracket is like $70 new, bare from Honda and sometimes you can find them with the idler and stuff in the For Sale area here or on eBay.
CRV bracket 100% works. You don't have to buy anything else. I'm running that myself.
The DOHC Del Sol (whatever they're called with the B16 in them) also reportedly works. I haven't tried it, but everyone says it works. The D series Del Sol bracket will not work at all. It's not worth doing unless you find one cheap in a junkyard, because they do cost a bunch more new than the CRV bracket.
GSR AC compressor does not work on Civic lines. At least, it wasn't going to work in mine. I have a gsr compressor that I was going to try to use and the fittings look totally different. It may work on other Civics, but it wouldn't work on mine.
I just ordered a CRV bracket instead and used my D series AC compressor. Trust me, it goes together like PB&J.

I find that funny, altho B20's are B series and the AC bracket fits a D series compressor on it. It seems like B20 are made from left over B18 but bore out to 2.0 and uses D series parts. haha
B20 bracket on b series engine. Use a b series belt. Gsr or b20.
Assuming. Not 100% but if at auto parts store just try it if not return it and get a slightly shorter/longer one

Just make sure you get the tensioner portion that attaches to the bracket. It's different then the D series one. I'm waiting on those tensioner pieces for my del sol bracket. Also the bolts that bolt the bracket to the block are different lengths then the D series bracket. Also waiting on those bolts too.
this is where I ordered mine on my swap and it works just fine I also ordered all of the tensioner stuff from them also
