hey guys this problem started about a week ago, basically im gettin whitish/light blue smoke from the tailpipe. Seems to happen only at IDLE, when full throttle there is no smoke at all, maybe a bit black. It seems to smoke for about 2 minutes, than go away until the car is cold again. It doesnt happen every time the car is cold and i start it, it can be cold, and ill drive it for an hour and come to a stop and it will smoke at idle for a bit, than go away. Sometimes it smokes pretty good, like a decent cloud, other times just a bit.
Its pretty random, i have no idea what this can be? It doesnt smell like burning oil either, i had a problem with that before (oil return line was kinked). Car is a 91 accord, F22A6 SOHC, 19 psi. Thanks guys!

Have you checked to see if there is any oil around the spark plugs? If there's any oil sitting around the plugs, it can leak down and into the chamber.
Maybe you just have a small leak somewhere. Just because you don't smell oil burning off something doesn't mean you aren't leaking.
have someone follow you to see if it smoking when you are driving, sometimes small smoking issues are hard to see when your driving...the cloud dissipates before it gets into view

wouldnt valve stem seals smoke all the time, and a lot under downshifting?
it seems now it only does it while the car is warming up/has just warmed up, than it goes away and doesnt come back till the motor is cooled down and sits a bit. Its like when the car is off oil somehow builds up somewhere and than when i start it up it burns off? But it doesnt start smoking right away, takes a min or two.

yeah thatsounds alot like valve seals. it prolly takes a minute to start smoking because it has to suck the oil in... after it warms up, its a tighter fit and the vacuum no longer can pull the oil through. What happens when you down shift? have you had anyone follow you yet?

I had someone drive behind me yesterday for 10 minutes, i did WOT pulls, downshift going down a hill, and idleing. I have found a pattern happening;
start the car, no smoke
car gets warm about 3 minutes, starts smoking
drive 2-5 minutes, stops smoking
doesnt smoke again, maybe very very small puff here and there, until the car is cold and sits for a bit.
repeat
it seems like when the car is off, oil or something, builds up somewhere (exhaust? turbo? spark plugs?) and when i start it, it takes a bit to warm up to start burning whatever is burning....

ok just checked;
- all the spark plug connector plugs/spark plugs are clean, not a drip of oil
- no sign of oil whatsoever on the charge piping at the throttle body
