You let someone you don't know mess with your car? And you haven't bothered to try and set the timing back to where it was?

Just asking...

Did you mess with the timing, or actually reset it to where it's supposed to be with a timing light? Just loosening the bolts and swinging it forward or back won't get it back where it needs to be. There's a procedure to follow.

fuel filter is on the firewall it has a good size fuel line running to ur fuel rail..kinda hard to miss really I really dont understand why u would let some random person mess with ur timing..but i would recommend using a timing light and check ur fuel filter sounds like a good start.

im almost positive its your fuel filter. i used to have the same problem when i first bought my integra. it would bog sometimes then the rpm would shoot up cause i floor it to get past the bog. replaced the filter and it never happend again. i think the mechanic thing was just coincidence. go get a new one from some where and pop your hood. if you cant find it then you shouldnt be working on cars(not an insult cause i have faith in you, lol)

you dont have aftermarket cam gears, right?

well ya i didnt have the wire harness for the b20 when i bought it it was just the motor and the trans i had to by the ecu and i my friend said the the ls would work for it and sure enough it did but my homie from work said that wire harness are a waste of money to just go to radio shack and that they sell some wire thing there and to make my own that its cheaper oh and if i do that i could drop my b16 head on there is that true???

I have no idea what you just said.

Try using some sentence structure or punctuation.
