Default F23A1 into OBD1 93 accord HELP !

Ok so my friend got a f23a1 swap put it in the car and it wont start...

It gets fuel to the rail and injectors spit fuel also

It has spark

NO CEL and i have the ORIGINAL obd1 non vtec ecu AND a chipped P28 neither throw codes.


Im trying to brain storm, so any idea's help guys ! Im sick of looking for info and
ANYTHING to do with fuel and spark people gotta talk about the main relay ! ITS NOT THAT !

have you tried using the ecu that goes with the f23? you might have to re-pin your harness to match the ecu ... that's one thing that sucks with motor swaps ... different ecu/harness pin-outs

That will not work without a conversion harness. OBD1 car / OBD2 engine, and probably OBD1 harness.

Have you looked at the plugs? They could be fuel fouled?

You know now that I think about it the CKP sensor is in the block, and not in the dizzy. Is the CKP sensor hooked up? I have talked to a couple people that say they do have a running F23 in OBD1 cars and they used the F22b1 dizzy ( CKP sensor is inside the dizzy ) with the POA ECU. The ECU wouldnt matter in you case since you are already prepared with a P28.

i'm gonna try and rewire the dizzy,thats what the civic95hbvtec said to do, would be nice if he actually helped more
