GSR Timing Problem??

Default GSR Timing Problem??

well i changed my timing belt and when i got everthing back togather and done, i turned the crank pulley to make sure everthing was ok. but the intake side cam wont turn? the belt just slips off and thats it. the exhaust side is fine. any ideas? thanks

that was my first thought but i torqued them to spec, i loosened them a little bit in the pattern that you are suppose to but it still doesnt want to turn. the exhaust side cam is fine, its just the intake side. i dont know what to do? i dont know what else it could possibly be?

ill have to check that. but if it is not that then i dont know what else to do. everthing else is done on the car, i just have to figure out what this problem is then it will be off to the tuners. but so far there has been not luck figuring it out. thanks for the help any other ideas?
