Icon6 Type R turbo? how many pounds?

Whats the safe boost level for a stock internal Type R. with 2 1/2 piping, 310 injectors, walbro fuel pump, GARETT GT28 Ball Bearing turbo with internal wastegate Set to 7 pounds, and a HONDATA S300. It Will be Tuned by CHURCH.
I WILL NOT BUY PISTONS AND RODS FOR NOW

7psi is the maximum with those small 310cc injectors. No one is saying that you need 1000cc or anything, but I'm sorry, those 310cc will not do much.

450's are good for 300whp range so im sure the 310's arent good for much more than an all motor setup or a few psi

My brother ran 310 injectors at 7 pounds on a gsr, made 260hp. I wanted to make sure my type r engine can hold 7 psi with a good tune, constant. what do you think?

I think that you need to be safer than risky on a Type R engine. That is VERY different than a GS-R in terms of static compression. Please stop trying to use PSI pressure as a measure. Your turbocharger may be different than his, so "7psi" is irrelevant...

That's what "we think".

IMHO I would not even boost on injectors that small. Least, least I would go is 440cc. get some DSM injectors for cheap, they are 450cc.

So my best choice is not to mess with the Type R engine right?
Damb, ok. Whats a good piston/rod set up?
Im boosting the R, I bought a Garett Gt28, Hondata S300, Spearco intercooler, Injectors, walbro fuel pump...
ok, what pistons/rods combo? compression?

i wouldnt even do 440's i personally would run some 550's or 650's to be 110% sure you have enough injector. type r engine can handle boost but it needs a seasoned tuner and the proper fueling

What??? No one even mentioned pistons and rods, and no one told you not to turbo your car. Just return the injectors to the store you bought them from for a bigger size.
