that link is for removing the trim panels not the actual rear quarter panel
you will need to remove the rear quarter glass then remove the seam sealer from the edges and a spot weld bit to drill out all the spot welds....this is not an easy task for someone that is asking how to do it on a forum

and where can i get the spot weld bit?
buy the proper helms manual for the car and go from there, if your to cheap to buy it thats your own fault. I understand its nice to have pics and info from someone whos actually done it and there is nothing wrong with that, but get the shop manual and with the two put together you'll be fine. Good luck.

im not sure the helms will help you with actually removing the quarter panel(sheetmetal)
anywhooo... you can go to any autobody supply store and pick up spot-weld drill bits, there are several different types, ask what they recommend, for your project
as for the rear quarter window, you can either buy the tool to remove it, or have a glass guy do it, they arent too bad to remove but if its your first time you might scratch/break it, my window guy usually charges $40 and thats for removal and reinstall when your done

then the spot welds will show. then i use a spot weld remover bit.
but i cant seem to find all of the spot welds. are they like a certain distance apart?
Your not looking hard enough. Word of advice if you cant even find the spot welds dont attempt to do this. Pay someone because you are going to make your car into a disaster. Just being honest.

inside the doors you have to rmeove the door seal and youll see them. then there should be a seam going straight across the jam and youll have to either cut it and then flange it to fit the new quarter. youll also have them behind the taillight and in the wheel well. I've replaced atleast 7 quarters before, and im telling you its not an easy task. When you drill out the spot you have to make sure you dont drill through the inner panel, because if you do you wont have anything to weld the new panel to. Im glad that your not afraid to learn new things but you have to knwo your limitations. Dont be afraid to admitt you just cant do it. Trust me it will be cheaper to get them replaced before you tough then when you go to get them replaced after the fact. It a lot more work than you think. If you really want to do this I atleast suggest find someone that willing to help that know how to do this or try to watch videos on how to change. i know they make them becuase i had to watch them al the time in school

if the structure/side sills underneath the superficial outside quarter panels are ****ed up than the new ones won't line up and the car probably needs to be put on a frame machine.

are you serious?
well i dont think that the frame is bent.
the truck that hit me was lifted so like 99% of the damage was taken
to the trunk and quarter panels.
the bumper just has some scuff marks.
if its buckled man chances are there will be some sort of damage under the quarter panel that will need to be fixed in order to get the new QP to fit properly. Pics would help

either way ill post pics of both qt panels and the trunk as well.
but i think they buckled because the guys bumper went and hit my trunk and both sides
next to the trunk. and the force caused the qt panels to buckle. but thats my idea what happened. but i will post pics tomorrow
