HELP!** intake man. removed and oil on top of valves???
Im installing my jrsc on my N.A gsr setup! and upon removing my intake manifold i see oil on top of the valves on cyllinder 1 and a little on cyllinder 3 last time i removed it to install my hondata gasket i dont remember seeing oil there does this mean my valve seals are leaking and explain why im burning oil and blowing blue smoke in vtec? or is it normal for oil to acumilate on top of the valves? the motor runs as strong as the day it was tuned.. but when looking at my spark plugs all had some greyish corosion but spark plug #3 was just dark, black even but no corosion or build up..and also how do i remove my crank pulley with the motor still in the car? do i just hit with a impact gun or is there a way to do it any help will be great. im doing all this by my self so any tips and help will be great!
could be bad valve seals. can't imagine PCV putting enough oil in the intake to cause smoke, but i don't know for sure.
crank pulley tool is what you need to take crank pulley off. http://www.amazon.com/Powerbuilt-648.../dp/B0000TMLWQ

I agree with the valve guide seals. Take the valve cover off and do a comp or leakdown and you will be able to hear air comming out if that's the case.
As for the pulley, you need to unbolt the driver side engine mount and the ac mount so that the engine will sag to that side a bit and get low enough to pull that pulley.

i checked out my pcv valve and it seeams cloged i believe a new one you can hear the valve if you shake it up and down could this be the culprate? and how about do i take off the drivers side engine mount do i jack the motor from under and unbolt the mount then let it sag down to acsess the crank pulley? thanks for all the help!

crank pulley is accessable w/o moving the motor in any way, there is a hole in the splash guard to put a socket
and pcv valve could be the reason, especially if its not clicking when you shake it

I cant get the alt pulley or the crank pulley off im using my impact gun but its not loosining! do they turn oposite directions for some reason thats all i can think of.. and the alt pulley spins even when im stepping on it im stumped with a headache to match!!
"fourth it starts up and runs but my idle is at 1,500 rpm why?? "
this is why: "third the gasket between the blower and the manifold got torn in half so i used honda bond inbetween will it still leak??" you have a vac leak.
"theres no flat head screw on the stock gsr throtle body that i can adjust the idle." yes their is, is yours missing? should be right above the throttle plate.
