What is the best start and so on for going n/a?
The first few are easy.Cold air intake, header, exhaust.I know this is the same as everyone else but that is for a reason,it works. If you already have this let me know,i can go on for pages from my experience of building a N/A prelude over the past few years and would be glad to pass along any advice.
i agree dont get DC headers get a nice set of headers like mugen or greddy... also a nice ported and polished head cant hurt. if your gonna have it milled dont do it much.. nice sticky tires works reguardless of NA or boosted. LSD also. the list goes on and on.
What else can I do to get major hp gains after the header, exhaust ect..... I wanna know what else I can do to make power.

And other tid-bits: Ignition, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, a set of pulleys, valve springs and retainers (when you get hardcore with the internals, what mike95lude mentioned).

intake, header, exhaust without cat .. etc .. this topic came up for couple times already .. should be a lot of works for u ..
start with the bolt-ons. see how you like the gains. the bolt-ons will cost you in excess of $1000 for the name brand manufactures.
after that, head work and some ecu tuning (vafc, hondata).
then this is where going n/a gets tough.
do the little things and go from there. n/a is about a complete package.
