Default Clutch pedal freeplay changes when driving

94 Civic CX with 1.6 SOHC VTEC
Stock clutch, stock everything.
I notice when I just finish driving on freeways the bite-point on the clutch pedal would change. Instead of biting close to the floor, after freeways, the bite would be further up, and the more freeway I drive the further up it'll get until the clutch feels twice as stiff as original. Does anyone else know what could be my problem? Anyone else experienced this problem before? Thank you.

... air in line maybe? That'd be my only guess, but not a very good one.

Oh? I tried bleeding it but it'll come back after a while. Could a bad clutch master cylinder cause air to be sucked into the lines?

It sounds like you have a bad master or slave. Check for leaks and replace or you will be stranded soon...

x2

You are losing pressure somewhere. Most likely at the master or slave. Might be hard to find the leak but there most likely is one.

Would a leak in my lines or components cause my clutch pedal to become stiffer?
