90 CRX Help! Changed Distr. Cap & Rotor now Engine light is ON!

and help? changed both including new wires and spark plugs and now to start it u kinda gotta hold the key longer for it to turn on. Any one?

Haven't check the codes yet. The light wasn't on before I changed them. Now I got a brain fart

check the codes 1 long blink is 10 and 1 fast blink is 1
