Icon2 Turbo civic swap

WELL I GUESS I WASNT SPECIFIC ENOUGH.

IM GETTING A TURBO/KPRO/FUEL PUMP/FUEL INJECTORS/THE WORKS OFF AN 04 CIVIC WITH THE SAME ENGINE AS MINE.

KPRO IS TUNED TO THAT ENGINE, WHICH IS THE SAME AS MINE. (d17)

SO CAN I TAKE THAT OFF AND PUT IT ON MINE WITH NO RETUNE?
IF NOT WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY?

last chance for this forum.

Default Re: Turbo civic swap

As I stated in your previous thread:
Anytime you alter an engine's air/fuel consumption in a large way, you need to re-tune the engine to perform properly.
Whether or not it's from the same series of engine is irrelevant, there are many other elements to consider when the actual engine isn't the one that the fuel maps are based on. A re-tune is required for proper engine operation.
