RDX features an all-new 2.3-liter i-VTEC(R) four-cylinder turbocharged engine that generates 240 horsepower and 260 lbs-ft of torque. This is the first application of forced induction technology in Acura history. The revolutionary i-VTEC Turbo technology uses a variable flow turbocharger, which is exclusive to the RDX, and provides dramatic performance benefits while maintaining excellent fuel efficiency. To complement the all-aluminum high-performance engine, the RDX utilizes Acura's steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters to manually operate the 5-speed sequential SportShiftTM automatic transmission.
but this article says it'll come w/ a v6...

The 2006 Acura RD-X will probably get the same engine that currently drives Honda's Ridgeline truck: a 255-horsepower, 3.5-liter V6 engine. Count on all of the latest Honda vehicle control technology, including Acura's new Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system (SH-AWD), which debuted with the RL model earlier this year. This system distributes torque between the front and rear wheels, and between the left and right rear wheels.
i think those are the same engines in the mdx right now ^^^^^^^

Re: honda's new factory turbo engine (egredspools)
the acura site confirms it'll have the turbo engine in it! sweet.
Did anyone else see that NSX is available in a 2005 version for a limited time? this is probably old news since it's already 2006 now... but i had no idea.
