HELP!! With SRS LIGHT

Does anyone how to clear an SRS light or know why it wont turn off on my 96 Coupe ex. Never delt with srs light can somone help me out THANKS

check your horn and cruise control, if those go out aswell your clockspring is the culprit, my SRS light turned on before the other 2 symptoms
