Alarm install help-door locks
Car is a 95 Del sol SI with factory automatic locks. Had a Viper unit on the car before and the brain went dead, Viper sent me a new alarm as an upgrade because of the trouble it caused. Install is pretty striaght forward and no real questions of where what goes where. However, when installing the door lock wires I noticed the guys at circuit city had used butt connectors in the door wiring. I ended up taking the connectors out and wiring it back to stock, now for some reason when I unlock it, it unlocks but a split second later it locks back up. Thought maybe crossed wires or a short but checked my work and all is secure. Any ideas on where to look next?
Did you double check your connection to see if there is any small strand of wire that may protrude through the tape or whatever you use the reconnect it.
Try disconnecting one of the door lock wires one at a time and test the door locks through the remote and manually at the door lock switch that may help you narrow it down to what probably causing this.

Not entirely sure what is going on, when I have the blu/blk fro the alarm to the grn/red wire on the switch and the grn/wht from the alram to the the grn/blk on the switch it seems to work opposite (hit lock it unlocks, hit unlock it locks) however if i switch them around it does nothing. First and foremost where do the wire from the alarm go?

Does the manual door locks switch operate regularly with the alarm? If not try disconnecting the door lock wires from the alarm and test the wires currently hooked up and see what polarity you get out of them.
Test the alarm door lock output wires to see if it is a negative or positive. It should be a negative pulse to these wire on the car. Unlock should be green/red and lock is green/white it should be next to the cruse control box in the drivers kick panel.
Check and see if the alarm is throwing a negative or a positive pulse to the lock (green/white) and unlock (green/red) wire of the car.
As for where does the wire to the alarm goes, you are just gonna have to trace it to find out.
