Ls-vtec, my build?

Ls-vtec, my build?
Just wondering if I can hit 200 whp's or a little higher, and a mid 12's in an eg or an ef hatch with my crap. It's an ls-vtec.
B16 head: Non ported, CTR manifold and Throttle body. Skunk2 Valvesprings/retainers stock valves. Blox Type B's Camshafts. Ebay Fuel rail, prelude 345 cc's injectors. I might have it milled just a bit to bump compression.
Block B18b1: Eagle Rods, stock bore.. 81mm 11.1-11.6 Wiseco Pistons. Ctr Crank Pulley, ITR flywheel.. The block is getting balanced with whole rotating assembly up to 10,000 RPMs..
Tranny: Y1 LSD Cable tranny.
Running on p28. walbro 195lph fuel pump.
By the way How do those Blox B's do? Anybody who has tried it out, please let me know, Don't know if I should swap them out for something else or not. I'm trying to get a pair of Jun3's if anybody has some laying around I'm really considering it. Well give me some input on what you guys think the motor will put down.. I will post up dyno sheets after I'm done in about a month.
