I made this exhaust for my friends 1996 Katana GSX 600.. I would like to kno what you all think? Its from the header back....

I made this one from scratch for my last R6
Can was a devil that was all scraped and bent. Custom pipe and cut the can to remove the crushed part.

 

nice job man.... I took some 3 inch pipe and used big washers with some diffirent combinations and came up with my can style..

 

nice guys , what do you use for muffler packing?

well to tell you the truth I didnt use any muffler packing.... I just hope that my friend doesnt let his passenger hit ther leg over the canister... When I mounted it on the bike, it fit right under the passenger pegs... All I kno is that this exhaust it goin to be super loud..

 

black93, is the exhuast you made a low mount, or a high mount pipe? got any pics with it on the bike ?

 

I can have you some pics sunday... I think its a low mount but you can just tell me by what the pics look like...
