Default stiff motor mounts=vibration=knock sensor retarding the timing?

I was just wondering if stiff motor mounts would cause my gsr to retard its ignition timing. The vibration is noticeably through all rpms.

nah, the engine is vibrating how its going to vibrate, and the knock sensor is on the block. the mounts only transmit the vibrations the engine is already making into the car
