1999 Accord EX @210,000
I have a 1999 Accord EX Sedan 4cyc VTEC with 210,000 miles on it.
The body and the engine are original, I replaced the tranny fluid @ 193K, timing belt & water pump @190K, and breaks+ spark plugs/distributor cap/wiring @187K.
I put on new tires @175K, new battery 4 months ago, but one of my rear wheel's lug nut broke and I had to put in a new one @194K.
I change my oil every 4 to 5K miles since I drive mostly on highway.
What would you suggest me do next to keep my baby running? (Preventive maintenance & Schedule maintenance)
Thanks and heres to my first thread!

How's the air filter?
Also check the air cabin filter:

But you sound pretty good to go.

The air cabin filter location and instructions are posted in the two links in the above post.
Don't change the alternator or starter until they need to be changed.
You might also want to change the PCV valve located on top of the valve cover.

Hello,
Rule number one, never change a part unless it needs to be changed. There are exceptions to the rule (like replacing a water pump when you replace a timing belt).
It seems you have done well in your maintaining already. You might want to change the following though:
How are your hoses looking? How are your motor mounts looking?
Cheers

- Radiator cap (should be replaced ever two years or so)
- Thermostat

No leak...but when I am idling (I like to put my automatic to N when I am waiting for green light), I can clearly hear a sound of "water boiling"?
When I start the engine, my RPM is always started out at 1500...isn't that kinda high? After the car's warm up, the idling rpm goes back down to 800ish.

I have a 00 Accord EX with 183K and just did the following maintenance:
-timing belt, water pump, cam seal, crank seal, balance shaft seal, valve cover gasket, all new pulleys and tensioner springs
-manual fluid change (didn't "flush" it as Honda doesn't recommend that but drained it, filled it, ran it about 10 miles, drained it again, and filled it)
-wires, rotor, cap, plugs, air filter, pcv valve
-i've run Castrol synthetic oil since I bought it with 52K on it, but still change it every 5K
-front sway bar bushings
-distributor o-ring and vtec solenoid gasket
-new intake vaccum hoses
A little tight getting back to the vtec solenoid as you'll have to remove the EGR valve, but with a little time and patience, I'd do those as well. Not even $10 in parts, but with the mileage, I'd recommend it.
