Okay my buddy just bought a 98 accord with an f23 vtec...
we want to make this thing more powerful and swap in a manual trans...
What route should we take?
no turbo NA only

first it could really use a bump in compression. pistons would be good. Then do some headwork and a BISI cam. of course all the bolt on's also. when you do the manual swap, put in a H22 or H23 trans.
