carbon fiber hood don't fit right on my 2nd gen teg *HELP*

i bought my carbon fiber hood for my car and and in front by the bumper, in between the headlights, it is angled and i messed with the bump stop things and that didn't do anything. any of you guys have this happen to you and if so what did you do to fix it?

where did you get it? maybe the radiator bracket is the problem. I bought mine from FI, they forgot to cut a piece out of the frame when it was made. the frame was sitting on top of the bracket and it looked like crap. Dremel can fix that real nice
