Looking for a D-series manifold that has a T25 flange on it. HKS no longer carries D-series manifolds for SOHC motors. Any suggestions on which manifold to look at and prices/links?

I have an HF manifold right now but I'm having a little trouble getting an adaptor plate made. Does anyone have an adaptor for sale, if you reccomend using my HF manifold instead of a new one?

My plans are no more than 10 PSI of boost, not sure if that might help make a decision. Thanks!

Well the HKS t-25 manifold had a JDM T-25 flange on it. So a DSM T-25 turbo would not bolt to it. The JDM T-25 turbo is based off the SR20DET. its a rectangular flange similar to the T-3.

No one makes a D-series manifold with a DSM T25/14b Flange. Gary and Randys website sells adapter plates for HF to DSM T-25's I think they are 80 bucks.

The Apexi and Greddy SOHC manifolds both have your conventional Garrett Style T25/T28 flange.

 

But neither are available outside the kit...

 

Ya, JDM T-25 style flange. The Greddy & Apex flange is Rectangular..

The DSM Flange looks like this

Which is a circular flange.

again, the 14b and USDM DSM T-25 turbo does NOT bolt to any manifold, unless someone custom makes it.

hmm im wondering if you can just drill holes into the turbo flange itself...so it will line up with the hf manifold.

How much does an SFP manifold cost? And are they any good?
What about the drilling holes method? Sounds pretty ghetto to me? Anyone done it? Does it work?

8 months of daily driving, and NO problems.

 

i had the same problem when i put together a shopping list for my turbo parts i went to hks and said i need all this.....so i got eveything, then i took it over to the motor shop and had the manifold ported and thermal coated,

then i go to put it all together and the DAMN manifold is for a B series.....well atleast i have a manifold for my next motor

so i called hks and they got me in touch with revhard, and they made me a manifold, just had hks send over the t3 flange and they welded it onto the manifold

 

How much was the manifold from revhard? Anyone have any links or how can I get ahold of them?
