Default Want to install a Fuel cut off switch

Was told it was pretty easy. I want to hide it, but not too sure how to start?

Havent gotten down there yet, but do you guys have any tips? Can a normal switch do the job? I keep reading about a relay.

Could I just splice the cable, and route it to the switch?

yes you can splice it to a switch but if you run the switch more than 2-3ft then you need to use a relay.

i would prefer to use a relay because it expands your options of where to put the switch.

I got a 3 connector switch.

Im a little new to this, but what would the 3rd connector be?

One for the "Ground", One "positive, and One "Negative"

I know I should pay someone for this, but I honestly don't even trust ANYONE near my car. Just over protective :-(

Here is a picture of the cables to the fuel pump.

Can anyone help me out to pointing which one is which? *There might be some different cable colors under those too. I didn't think the fuel pump had so many colors!
