USDM DC2 Mirrors on EK

Someone told me this was possible, they told me it wouldnt be a straight swap but could be done. Anyone have some input on this?

They fit and fit well... the only give away (that they are not for the car) is that the bottom part of the triangle does not meet the molding that runs along the top of the door.

they had told me that you could change the triangle to overcome this but being that the ek comes with a solid 1 peice mirror I don't see what they ment

It has been explained... What has not been explained is how someone would take the EK mirror and use the mount on a DC2 mirror when the EK mirror is one piece.

The fix is use the CTR mirror or get creative.
