what size bolt & thread for the bolt that holds the rotor on the dizzy?
i am using a GSR dizzy i am sure this bolt is the same for all civics or what have you i just need to know what thread size it is, and how long it is.... i went to go do my tuneup and noticed that there was no screw holding it down :/ (previous owner) it was stuck on there good too... so i want to get the screw before i install the new rotor.
thank you - i know its an odd question hope some one knows or maybe will check for me.

It's a special magnetic bolt or something like that, and you should get it directly from the dealer. It's only a buck or two.
Like trustdestruction noted, it is sold separately at the dealer. It is shown prominently in the drawings at www.bkhondaparts.com. But I hope that there is not more to this. The dizzy rotor screw and/or the female end in the dizzy's shaft are famous for having stripped threads.

thanks guys, and ya idk i never seem to get many answers when i ask questions on here. seems like people just post garbage on this site all day. meh oh well. thank you guys to the stealer ship i go.
ok... so i checked the bolt out of 2 dif obd1 honda dizzys. it is NOT a magnetic bolt. its a 10 32 brass bolt thats like a lil over a 1/4 inch long and theres a crush washer on it too. thanks anyways guys. ;-) glad i didn't go to the dealership on that one.
lol no kidding, i realize that. i only posted that so incase some one wants to know and comes across this thread they don't run to the dealership looking for a "special" magnetic bolt. lol to be honest the only bolt i would really go to the dealership for is the special suspension ones because of the collar they have. but thanks guys. ace hardware ftw!

It must have been a different bolt then that I am remembering. I don't remember where though, but somewhere I had to replace a bolt and there was something special about it. Could have sworn it was the rotor set screw.
