car wont start at all, installed new ecu?
Well I ordered a chipped ecu 2weeks ago and installed it today. I tested it out, drove around and my car worked perfect with it. I left it parked for awhile and when I came out to start it, it didn't start at all. I maybe thought my batt. wire was loose so i tightened it down.
The batt. 'the problem (I noticed my stereo, lights etc still work) and the only thing I installed before it fukked up was the chipped ECU. I already tried installing the ECU that it had before but the car still wont start.
The motor doesn't even try to start, I only hear a little click when I turn the key.
What should I do? thanks.

The ECU is unlikely to be the problem. Focus on your starter and battery. Try tapping the starter with a rubber mallet. If that doesn't work, test whether the large black wire attached to the starter has battery voltage and then whether the Blk/Wht wire on the solenoid has battery voltage when the clutch is depressed and the key is turned to ON(III).
yeah I was out in the car just now and the wire to the starter came loose. That fixed the problem I just thought maybe it was the ECU because i installed it about 20mins before.
Damn alot of my damn wires have been coming loose lately lol WTF!
thanks again for your help.
