Default Is my alarm causing problems?

My alarm/keyless entry has been acting up for a while. It just a cheapo Galaxy brand alarm. Not too much invested into it.. Anywho, sometimes I'll shut my car off and put it back to ON but nothing will happen. Then I turn it back to OFF then to ON again and the alarm will chirp. Random. I dont know if it has to do with the alarm and the immobilizer or what.

Also, I dont know if this is related, but my clock up near the AC controls always gets reset.

My question is, if the starting issue is coming from the alarm, how hard is it to replace the brain? Or is there something else that can be done rather than getting a whole new alarm?

i know some alarms chirp if you turn the key off or one but as far as your clock you might want to see if its getting a constant 12 volts if not theres your problem
