Default low fuel pressure running lean HELP!

so i just put in my gsr swap that i fully rebuilt, its stock except the itr pist and manifold with pr3 head. my problem is my car wasent reving up past like 4k and was not responsive(no chk eng lights on). so i checked my fuel press an it was at 40psi and when regulator hose is kinked it gvets lower. i have a blox fp adjuster and its cranked all the way up?? an still no more than 40 idle and 38psi max at full thottle. shouldnt it RAISE wtf!

i recently checked the fuel line nut to the rail and it had a crush washer smashed in to it blocking the tiny holes. i replaced it and the car now revs up nice like it should but my FUEL PRESSURE is still low i cant get it to go to 47-55 at all. PLUGS are white/light brown!!

stock gsr ecu
single cam vtec injectors
ef hatch obd1 conv
gsr/ b16 head itr pist.

ANYONE with an idea to my prob please comment. thanks alot HT.

Are you using the stock flexible fuel line from the filter to the rail? If so, make sure you don't have it on backwards. It has different sized ends on it. the large side should be against the fuel rail. Besides that, let us know if you figured it out.
