Can You Idenify This Wastegate?
I picked up a turbo kit that was in good condition for very cheap and unfortunetly I can't identify this wastegate (to good of price to pass up). If anyone can I'd appreciate it. I'm going to upgrade to a 11 psi spring. I know there's a 8 psi in it now. I'd like to know what is it or how to find out what it is. Thanks for your help.

If you have it, that's ok I suppose... I would never purchase one of those wastegates, I have had SEVERAL customers bring those in, and many of them had problems with them right out of the box. Now, as soon as they bring it up to me I say "Oh ok, well here is a TiAL 38mm, this is what we will be installing with your turbo setup," Haha. In my opinion, TiAL is the best. No questions asked. Unsurpassed quality, been in business for a lonnng time. The only "good thing" about your crappy wastegate is, when it fails (and it will), your motor won't blow up. It just won't boost when the Chinese diaphram rips. As for the answer to your original question, there is no name brand for your wastegate, however we call the manufacturer "Ching chang meow." haha. They also make downpipes that do not fit, Type T3T04E turbochargers, and oil feed lines with one end that is not free spinning, to name a few of their other products. I know some of you guys know what im talking about, I HATE those oil lines
