i have a 98 integra ls i just did a b16 head with gsr cams it also is running a 18g turbo with a tial external waste gate now for the problem when u start the car it idles at 3 grand when goes from 1500 to 3 back and forth i cant get it to idle right and sugestions

 

vacuum problem... most likely in ur throttle body.. i forgot the name but turn the car on and disconnect w.e. tubing u have connected to ur throttle body and listen for a sucking noise and out ur finger where its sucking in the air and if its there u should idle fine with ur finger cover the hole

 

would running the ls throttle body affect it

 

im not sure but u should look it up
