Default Clutch Clicks

Hey Guys,

I got a 02 Honda Civic 5-speed manual. Lately I've been driving and I've noticed that when I clutch I hear a clicking sound from the clutch....anyone know what this is about? or got any fixes?

Thanks

Ive got the same problem. I think its the clutch master cylinder. Mine does it everytime i push the pedal. been doing since i bought the car 1 1/2 years ago. i just ignore it. the only way to fix it is to replace cylinder.

There used to be a TSB on the clutch cylinder. Might still be on Alldata.... this was back in maybe 2003. The piston rod can be greased, I forget how you get to it though... other than through the drivers side wheel well.
may also just be the return spring binding.... slobber some lithium grease on the spring under the dash.

Mine "went out" at 39,000 miles. Only way to fix it is to get it replaced, but it'll continue to function fine regardless.
