Default Suspension

Wanting some opinions on some coilover options. I currently drive an 02 EP3 and have been searching around for the best performace per price coilovers. I semi-decided on the Skunk2 Pro S series, since I'll be mainly daily driving the car on the highway. No track racing, no intense turns etc.
I had narrowed it down to the Tein Basics, and the skunk2 proS, and decided on the Skunk2 simply due to cost.

Any other suggestions for nice basic coilovers that's not going to cost an arm and a leg? I found the skunk2's for $850. I have the skunk2 rear camber kit, ingal's front camber adjusting bolts, skunk2 rear tie bar. Car is dropped 3 inches from factory ride height, and I'll probably have it 2.75" down with the adjustables when I finally order them.

I have socks older than you...........

to the op......you stock spring rates are 249lb's progressive rate springs in the ft and 440lb progressive rate springs in the rear.....the junk2 springs are like 672lb strait rate ft and 448lb strait rate rear.....do you see a problem here?

What junk2 people did was look at the corner weights of the ep3 and picked the spring rates to that. The Problem with that is the front suspension has a motion ratio of .98 and the rear has a motion ratio of .588. What this means with out getting into a whole suspension conversation is the spring rates should be higher in the rear than the front.....like honda sold the car from the factory....

Junk2 is just that, junk......You did not state what you planed on using the car for...if its dd, you do not really need coilovers....you also did not list what tires you planed on using, tires help set the spring rates for any suspension....If you are runing all season tires, you have no use for much of in the way of suspension because you stock suspension was tuned for allseason tires....

If you're not even going to be pushing your suspension very hard, why even get coilovers at all? Just get springs. =\
