Is there any tricks to getting the head bolts out of a b16? i used a breaker bar and a 14 mm socket..but i stripped 2 of the sockets, i dont want to strip the bolt so does anybody have any pointers on how to get them out?

 

Higher quality sockets for one, then an impact gun for the second idea.

You are not using a 6 point socket on a 12 point nut are you?

still cant get them out, the only socket that fits is my 14mm and it doesnt get them out. it also seems like there is to much ply in it....my whole head is brown, im hoping its from oil and not rust and that my bolts didnt rust out....there has to be something im not doing right.

 

Aluminum doesn't oxidize like steel does, so I doubt its rusty, so you're saying the 14mm 12 point socket does not fit? Is it too large? Too small?
