Best place to get a turbo rebuilt.

Default Best place to get a turbo rebuilt.
I have a t3/t4 that has some play in the shaft, and I think needs new seals because it doesent boost like it should in higher RPM's. any suggestion on where to send it off to get it rebuilt, and experience with them?? also, about what am I looking at price wise?

I'm getting mine retrimed from b18bturbo as soon as I pull my motor apart.
