Default oil catch can

Im building a B20vtec with 84.5mm RS machine ITR pistons, built gsr head. What are ur guys opions on using a oil catch can on a NA motor? is it worth it? recommend it?. I plan on hitting over 200whp.

an oil catch can is a good idea. Its purpose is more to let the engine breath. If everything is routed and done properly it will help rid the engine of crankcase pressure at high rpm.
