Is this too much oil for a jdm h22 h2b using evo kit?

I just buy a 5 quart jug of Mobil 1 and just pour in the whole thing.

5 quarts? don't stock h22 preludes need 5.1 quartz of oil so wouldn't it mean we need at least 6?

i put 5.25 quarts in my h2b eg. and then i marked the dip stick tube at the top of where the oil was. ive been using it like that with no probs since day one. and itlooks to be in a very similar place as yours in the picture.

I wouldn't use 6 quarts. try nikko's method...

i use only four quarts. guess i'll have to check my oil tomorrow morning then.

im going to say thats bout right. and you should use 6Qts. i would highly recomend getting an oil pres gauge. after your oil change go to redline and watch to see if you lose oil pressure, you may or may not need to add another quart.
