Default EM1 w/ 150,000 miles what to replace what to service

Just got my hands on an EM1 and want to get it in shape. Heres a list of what I have in mind if there is anything missing or you have any objections let me know.

Timing belt
Accesory belt
Oil Pump
Water Pump
Thermostat
Distributer Cap
Wires
Spark Plugs
Fuel filter
Air filter
Oil Change
Fuel injection service
Power steering fluid change
Coolant change
Manual Transmission fluid??? dont know if this is a nono

I may be missing a thing or two but I really want to preserve it and get it into shape

sounds good, oil pump may be overkill.

Head gasket should be done.

Change manual trans fluid - yes

You also need an alarm!

Yes, alarm first. Forget maintenance if you do not have a alarm installed. Then afterwards a full tune-up I guess. As Superbean above posted, oil pump are most likely not needed.
