Icon6 Losing power and a couple other issues; help!

First off I have a 91 Crx Si with a Single Cam Non-Vtec ZC swap in it, I am using the ZC transmission and the same axles I had originally. The ZC supposedly has about 60,000 miles on it.

Problems:
1. Alternator Belt keeps squealing.
2. on hills: Engine sputters, strains/lags on a hill and sometimes the engine even turns off- any ideas? sometimes it can even lag on flats but nowhere near as bad on a hill.
3. When driving about 65-70MPH in 5th gear and at about 3500RPM's it will pop out of 5th gear, the longer I drive it the more often it happens- any suggestions/Ideas?
4. Notice a slight crack in muffler but its leaking what seems to be water its clear; that normal (I know the crack isn't but the leaking part i mean?)

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

mmmmmm i'd check the the level of the fluid on your transmission, sounds like the gear may be getting too hot... ummm i'd check the alternator as well to see if it freely spins, maybe it will sieze up and you just start running on the battery.

have you done a tune up lately mine was a dog till i replaced all the little things fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter, etc.... the altenator check the tension on the belt. and the water problem if my research is right it's caused by the water that's in the air that's sucked into the engine cooling, and then condensing as it goes through the exhaust system. unless the exhaust has a sweet antifreeze smell, there's no need for concern. cant help with the tranny dont know anything about them

1. Alternator Belt keeps squealing..<WD40 the pulleys, change the belt if it looks like it needs it.

2. on hills: Engine sputters, strains/lags on a hill and sometimes the engine even turns off- any ideas? sometimes it can even lag on flats but nowhere near as bad on a hill.
< Check if it hasn't skiped a tooth, do a compression check on the cylinders and check for codes as well (codes first)
3. When driving about 65-70MPH in 5th gear and at about 3500RPM's it will pop out of 5th gear, the longer I drive it the more often it happens- any suggestions/Ideas?
< Transmission....needs a rebuild but way cheaper to find a replacement
4. Notice a slight crack in muffler but its leaking what seems to be water its clear; that normal (I know the crack isn't but the leaking part i mean?)
< Condensation out of a muffler is normal, its a bi product of combustion engines
