01 Interior light fuse blows when I open door
It's a 2001 EX, 2.3, with 130K miles. In the past week my car has developed an annoying thing where the interior lights fuse (#11 7.5mA, passenger kick panel) blows out when I open the door. I have even tried putting a 20mA fuse in there and it still blew.
I haven't installed any additional electrical items in over 100K miles, I unplugged my ipod charger and disconnected my stereo amp just in case.
Any ideas? Bad ground? I'm running out of fuses!

what door ?
you can remove the affected door switch and see if that stops the fuse blowing and look for a damaged wire as your getting a ground to power short.

yes it on the drivers b pillar when you open the door you will see the switch and it is removed with a Phillips screw driver or a 8mm nut very easy
Thanks for your help!
It looks to be the drivers side door switch, I removed it and verified that the switches on the other doors don't cause the short. I can I have a replacement on order.
