Default shift linkage.....

hi all, just did my b-series swap on the ef hatch with a custom integra shift linkage and i was wondering how some of your guys shifter sit, because mine sits kind of funny... its pointed toward the passenger side... is that normal with the custom integra linkage? can you guys post some pictures of your guys shifter....

here's mine....

thats in neutral...

my linkage i bought off of ebay did the same thing. i had to pull this bolt out and flip the linkage around 180 degrees. after that the shifter sat dead center where it was supposed to. now since your linkage was cut and welded back together, it is possible they just did a real shitty job :/

anywhoo, here's the part im talking about. doesn't look like it should of made much a difference, but it definitely did. its something to try atleast. you wanna pull the bolt and flip it at the point where the two bronze colored pieces are held together.

Don't buy AVid linkage guys. Got a Avid on mine. Avid linkage are kind toward the passenger side. When in neutral its straight but when going into 5 gear its hard, sometimes you mis shift to 3rd.

nah.. its not the cup holder... it goes into every gear good but, reverse is kinda hard to get into.... ill try flipping the linkage around 180... see what happens... blah! more work.. lolz

the linkage i had sat slightly towards the driver. i think it was azracemachine or something
