Hey, I'm planning on doing a headswap on my F22A4 to an F22B1 VTEC head. I read through the threads in the FAQ, and have started scraping up parts. But I can't seem to find a 94+ water intake hardpipe, which I understand I'll need to replace, the F22A's being too short to reach the B's taller head. I've been on rockauto.com and a couple other places, but can't find one. Is there another name for this thing? Where can I get one?

have you tried your local auto parts store? sure a lot of them will stare at you with the look of stupidity if you mention switching heads but just tell them you need the pipe for a 94-97 honda accord L4 vtec and they should have it in stock for you

 

Sure haven't, but I will the next time I'm over there. I'm just stuck on campus for a few hours and throught I'd try to source these parts.
