Default light weight seats

I'm looking for some light weight seats. I just want to know who out there have some seats, what type, and your opinions on them.

right now i'm looking at some itr red recaros, but are they light weight? the other is some fiberglass bride seats. i really like the carbon fiber brides, but the are too expensive.

what's the weight comparison on these two seats?

Before you choose between Recaros and Brides check this thread, https://honda-tech.com/forums/tech-misc-15/recaro-vs-bride-crash-test-simulation-2515624/.

just a quick question, what kind of car is this going in (auto x, dragster, or some other type)

if this is a street car I would never sacrifice the safety of a metal racing seat for the weight savings of carbon fiber or fiberglass.

sparco makes solid seats, and IMO some of the best seats. they make anything from sport near stock style to full race cf 6lb seats. wonder around their website. i like the sparco evo II's
