Default hf to dx for a swap

ok what all do i have to change from a hf to put a b moter in my car i have a dx parts car so i have everything i just dont wana do more work then i have to thanks

hf is already setup for a b motor hf cars were mpfi so you would need mounts axles ecu

and you need dx front knuckles/brakes, as there is a higher spline count for the axles. you won't be disappointed with a b swap in that tiny car lol.

Edit: you also need a throttle cable bracket for a b-series swap, or find a throttle cable from a 90-93 integra. you also need a engine mounting kit, hammer out a couple places in the engine bay to make room for the rear transmission bracket (must have this from an integra if its not included with motor) and also by the alternator pulley (sledge hammer works great for this).

well i kno what all to do the only thing im stuck on is what all from my dx under the fender well i need to swap over should i just unbolt the whole deal and swap it

it seems like you are saying the dx has a Bseres?

unless it is swapped it has a d15. and

i kno that lol all im asken about is the knuckles and brakes and shiz lol do i just take everything outa the wheel well and swap or is it just part of it

pull the entire front knuckles off the dx (seperate at ball joints or take all if you want)

oh and ya you need custom shift linkage lots of people make them now.

ok i dont wana deal with ball joins lol so im guna just take all i think unless i get in there and it looks harder then just taken the ball joints apart thanks and should i goahead and start a build thred evan tho its guna take a bit before i get it going all im doing as of now is just pulled the moter and cleenen up the bay and the b18 and swapen the knuckes and shiz out? i have lots of pics lol
