What lip is this?

It looks like an SiR lip but since it's a 99-00 I'm thinking it's not. I took the car out of the Nicest EM1 thread but I don't want to look through all the pages to find the owner.

Where can I get an unpainted one like that? I thought the ones from Honda come color matched?

I believe Honda sells it out of the dealership unpainted, with an optional paint-match if you choose.

NOFX may clear this up, she knows all the good stuff about OEM parts.

im like 99% sure they come pre painted. they make stuff called "black trim paint" that looks almost identical to OEM honda trim

I'd expect this to be trim paint.

USDM '99-'00 optional lips (shown above - standard on the Si) come prepainted. There might be an unpainted one sold in Europe. I know they have unpainted '96-'98 lips there.
