i believe you must at least have an intake or other forms of free flowing mods before the reflash or it will make your car slower....

i dont have the reflash, but thats what ive heard..

and i hear it is very worth it. considerable gains mid rpm band.

Wow, so you didn't even bother to read Hondata's website stating exactly what redciv just said?

redciv is 100% correct as far as needing ATLEAST an intake or race header ( race header preferred ) to make power and not lose it.

i understand that completely, already had the reflash done 2 years ago, my point is, thats not all it does and hearing something and being subject to something are 2 dif things. to tell someone else about something you dont have full knowledge of is not a correct statement.

Yeah, the reflash is actually cumulative. Every time you do it, you gain 100hp.

thanks for standing up with me guys... i was wondering what i said wrong? lol

i knew that i wasnt that far off, and it was a simple and quick answer. Don't be a hater Mike.

i know that there are a lot more factors.. i was just stressing, that to gain anything from the re-flash, you at least have to have some power adders previously installed. better?

well you did an excellent job putting him in his place, didnt you...

Why not just give the rest of the information you apparently know, since you have it, instead of just being an *** to someone that is trying to help another member...he wasn't wrong in what he said. Where did he even say it made it breath?

To the OP, people have seen 30 whp and wtq gains in the midrange with just a racing header, exhaust and the reflash.

me personally dude..i have the reflash and i raced my buddies si and it really didnt improve anything ...its nice to be able to rev higher but as far as power goes..you wont notice that much of a difference..just get your basic bolt ons like cai, header, exhaust for a little more power
