yup.. good luck seeing the ground with those PIAA plasma's too.. my cousin had them.. not only do they light up the ground about as good as 2 small flashlights, they burned out within 2 months.

I had JDM PIAA Hyper Whites in my last car for over a year before i sold it....they were bright as f*ck but didnt have any color to them. When you put my car next to another car, that cars headlights looked yellow compared to mine.

those are the bulbs im talking about.. the glass is such a light tint, that you almost cant even tell, its just enough to make that yellowness of stock halogens, turn white.. but some people like purple lights.. some people like lights that perform, and stay white.. i myself would never drive behind halogen again..and i also would never drive behind anything other than 4300K HID.

optiblue superwhite bulbs from http://www.autodynamic.com are very white and close to the real H.I.D. color. I had many people come up to me and ask me where I bought my H.I.D. kit from. They're very good and light output is awesome, VERY BRIGHT.

I'd sure like to see that, because I don't think it's possible for an incandescent halogen bulb to come anywhere close to resembling HID, no matter how tinted the glass is or not. It just doesn't look the same, nowhere near as crisp a light, etc.

true dat.. even cars with 6000K HID look fake next to 4300K.. the 6000K looks more like PIAA cuz its not so intense..
