Default DOHC ZC Issues

OK guys, I just had a dohc OBD0 ZC engine swapped into my EF. They said it runs fine after I had them test drive it when I picked it up. First thing, it wont start when it's on an incline, I have no clue what could cause this! Then the distributer bearing is whining really loud when it runs. It has no power going up an incline (pedal to the floor and I slow down even in low gears!). It has very little power when I shift under 3500 RPM's. I'm really frustrated about this because I just paid 2k they told me it would run perfect and I waited 4x as long as they said it would take. Please I need to know what part to get to replace the alternator/alternator bracket because they cross treaded the bolts on the bracket too. I've searched and searched on here and cannot find what car is compatible for the alternator on the JDM ZC.

It has a full tank of gas and they put on a new timing belt and supposedly set the timing right, but I can't garentee the timing thing, but the belt is new.

How could I check this? Would a Honda Dealer know how to do this?

For search reasons, Try to use be more specific than "Help me please!" in your titles.

Thanks for the help with the pic and all, sorry about the title but it is all I can think. I pay 2k and my car isn't perfect like they said it would be, all I've been saying is "please god help me" I really don't know what to do, they're going to look at it tomorrow, but I don't know what they're going to do, I might have to take them to court to resolve it. I just want my car done right.

Most likely they couldn't do the timing right.

I took it back where I got the swap done and they fixed it all. The timing belt was too tight, and the valves where out of spec, the cam sensor was also bad. They swapped out ECU's too. It's running nice now and I just put in my eg radiator and my Si cluster.
